In December 1986 Miles Nelson's car was struck in the rear by a truck. 45 minutes later he experienced severe pain in his head, arms, neck, back, and legs. As a result of injuries sustained Miles has experienced pain ever since. Over time he lost health, strength, and hope.
In December 2007 Miles started an exercise program with the goal of working out 1 hour a day 5-6 times a week.
